The Challenge
Cardtronics faced significant challenges when they were using a hosted collaboration solution managed by an external company. The lack of direct access to Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) data led to slow issue resolution and limited visibility into system operations, which, in turn, hindered their overall ability to troubleshoot effectively and manage changes swiftly. Additionally, there was a dire need for enhanced phone control and call detail reporting (CDR) for various groups within the organization.
The Solution
Upon moving back to an in-house setup, Cardtronics implemented Variphy’s comprehensive suite of solutions, including the Change Management and Remote Phone Control. The deployment process was straightforward, with the OVA install proving quick and efficient. As a result, Variphy enabled Cardtronics to efficiently handle CDR reporting and phone control functionalities.
