Template | Data |
911 Calls Report | Total call usage for 911/emergency calls with user groupings and call history details. |
Call Queue Summary | Number of calls going into call queues; number of answered, not connected and queued calls; graph summary by hour for each call queue. |
Call Queue Summary by Agent | Number of calls going into call queues; summary of answered calls by agent. |
Detail by Extension or Phone Number | Multi-direction extension or Caller ID/Phone Number search; call history details based on values or patterns. |
Hunt Group Summary Report | Number of calls going into hunt groups; number of answered and not connected calls; graph summary by hour for each hunt group. |
Hunt Group Summary Report by Agent | Number of calls going into hunt groups; summary of answered calls by user. |
Location Summary Report | Multi-direction totals for locations; high-level summary of outbound (originating) and inbound (terminating) calls. |
