2023 Highlights: Integrations, Events, and More
As 2023 comes to a close, we look back at how exciting and pivotal this year has been for the Variphy team. From new integrations to bustling events, it has been a year of growth and collaboration.
This year, we expanded our cloud analytics support with integrations for Zoom Phone and Webex Calling.
We released Reporting and Analytics for Zoom Phone in the first quarter of 2023. Zoom Phone is a fantastic product, and we appreciate Fred King, Mitch Ricks, and the Zoom Phone team for their support with this new integration.
In the second quarter, we released Reporting and Analytics for Webex Calling. We want to thank Mark Baker, Teney Takahashi, Colm Mcnelis, Joe Zanini, Adam Weeks, Sheetal Wadhwa, and the Webex team for their continued support and promotion of our solution. They were instrumental in showcasing our integration at Cisco Live U.S., WebexOne, and Cisco Live Melbourne.
In the latter half of the year, Variphy releases focused on enhancements to our core product. We rolled out three software releases with customer requests and improvements to our CUCM, Webex Calling, and Zoom Phone solutions.
In addition to feature releases, the Variphy team was thrilled to connect with customers and partners at industry events. We proudly sponsored Enterprise Connect, WebexOne, and Zoomtopia, and hosted a customer appreciation event at Cisco Live.
As we wrap up an eventful year, we want to extend our gratitude to everyone who has been part of our journey. It has been a year of big changes, and we’re excited for even more innovation and collaboration in 2024!
