We’re introducing a centralized license management application for Variphy instances.

- Centralizes management of licensing and features for Variphy instances.
- Eliminates the need to obtain CLR/VLR from clients during renewal.
- Allows for easy activation of trial features.
2. Decommissioned Cluster Access (CUCM)
This powerful new feature provides access to CDR records for decommissioned or offline CUCM clusters.

- Access call records from CUCM even after the instance has been decommissioned.
- Run reports on historical data from migrated or offline systems.

Improvements
1. Webex Calling Ring Duration Field
We’ve enhanced how ring duration is calculated for direct calls, hunt groups, and call queue agents by utilizing a new field in the Webex Calling API.

- Improves reporting precision for direct calls, hunt groups, and call queue agents.
2. Role-based Access Improvement for Microsoft Teams
This update introduces role-based access based on the Department field defined in the Microsoft Tenant.

- Simplifies user management for Microsoft Teams integration.
3. Enhanced Grouping and Search Sets for Microsoft Teams Call Queues
We’ve improved how you can group and search call queue data in Microsoft Teams.
Why it’s helpful:
- Group calls by both call queue and answering party/user.
- Access additional call details and summary statistics.
- Gain insights into who is and isn’t answering calls in queue.
