Our Beta release is available for on-premise deployment or can be deployed in Variphy Cloud.
What can you expect from participating in the Variphy Call Analytics for Zoom Phone Beta Program?
We will work with you and your team throughout this process to install the application, integrate it with your Zoom Phone instance, and configure dashboards and reports.
If you’re a current Variphy customer, a new instance of Variphy is not required; however, we recommend it to avoid disrupting your production system.
Our Beta typically runs for six to eight weeks. During that time, we would like to schedule a 30-minute meeting every two weeks to review how the application works and discuss what features you would like in future releases.
What do we expect from you as a participant?
Feedback, feedback, feedback! One of the most important parts of our EAP is your feedback! We pride ourselves on taking our customers’ feedback to improve our products.
During this process, you will be assigned a systems engineer (SE) to assist with the installation and configuration of the application. Participants will be provided a dedicated support email address to contact us between scheduled calls.
