When it comes to planning a successful migration, Hoo emphasized the importance of understanding the existing on-premises environment before making the leap. “It really comes down to what the organization is looking for as we think about complexities like what calling permissions users should have, who even needs a physical phone, and what is the work-from-home versus return-to-office dynamic looking like.”
