What attracted you to Variphy?

I had already met several people from Variphy and loved everyone I interacted with. When I was considering a career move, the company was already on my radar. During my interviews, I could tell the team truly enjoyed their work, the customers, and each other. That same culture is what keeps me excited to be here — this company keeps relationships at the core of everything we do.

How does your work benefit customers and partners?

Because I work with existing customers, prospects, and partners, I stay closely connected to industry trends. I love using that knowledge to help organizations maximize Variphy’s solutions and stay ahead of change, especially as I work with large organizations facing migrations from legacy systems or looking at cloud calling platforms. 

What excites you most about Variphy?

Our migration assessments! We help customers assess their current environment and properly scale their UC infrastructure. Many stakeholders and leadership teams we work with want to make decisions backed by data, and Variphy provides that information instantly, making large-scale discussions much more effective.

Do you have any hobbies or experiences that have shaped your career?

I’m an avid cyclist and runner. Having hobbies that keep my mind and body sharp allows me to bring my A-game every day at work!

Best advice for managing unified communications effectively?

Use role-based access, permalinks, and scheduled reports to help leverage the requests coming into an IT team and provide that insight directly to leadership, department supervisors, or agents.
