Our sales team recently held their annual Sales Kickoff event in sunny San Diego, California! Building on our theme of Synergy 2023, the meetup brought together our customer success, sales, and executive teams from across the country.
The event allowed the teams to come together, brainstorm new ideas, and share best practices while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. We discussed ways to improve our internal processes and streamline our sales strategies with the ultimate goal of enhancing the customer experience. Each team member took the time to review their individual performance and set goals for the coming year, ensuring everyone is equipped to provide the best possible customer service.
In addition to work sessions, the Sales Kickoff also included a fun team-building exercise in the kitchen! The teams cooked a delicious dinner of chicken piccata and risotto alongside expert chefs Adisa Ziric and Francesco Bonsinetto, owners of Cucina Migrante. The dinner was a much-needed break from intensive sessions, allowing our team members to chat and bond over personal interests.
