Synergy in the Windy City
Last week, many of our teams — Customer Success, Operations, Systems Engineering, Quality Assurance, Software Development, and Product Management — got together in Chicago for a meetup. Our organization is constantly growing, and, for our newest members, it was the first time they met their teammates in person.
It was an invaluable opportunity for our teams to reflect on accomplishments, assess their headway, and establish new goals. After the order of business, we took advantage of the Windy City’s best spots — Willis Tower, Navy Pier, and WhirlyBall were at the top of our list. We capped off the gathering on the South Side with a box at the White Sox game.
As a company with 100% US-based remote teams, we are thrilled to provide opportunities for our team members to gather in person. A key driver of synergy is interpersonal connection, and we’re pleased to support our team cohesion through these events.
